Planning without meetings

Most planning meetings exist because the plan is not written down clearly. When the plan lives in a shared board, the meeting becomes optional.

Start with outcomes

Each planning cycle needs one outcome column: what must be true by the end of the period. Everything else flows from there.

Use proposals, not discussions

Ask teammates to add cards with owners, dates and tags before the planning window closes. Review async, comment, then finalise.

Make the board the source of truth

When the board is trusted, nobody needs to ask "what is the status?". The status is the board.

Try it in todospace.
